Toolbar folder is the folder on the computer's file system where True Launch Bar saves shortcuts, menus, plugins and settings of the toolbar. By default True Launch Bar uses the same folder as the standard Quick Launch.

You can access to the toolbar folder with this way:

1. Unlock the taskbar
2. Right-click the chevron at the left side of the toolbar
3. Click the Open menu item

You can add the shortcuts or create the folders inside the toolbar folder via Windows Explorer or any other file manager, True Launch Bar will show the folders as menu and the shortcuts as buttons/menu items.

If you prefer to use your own folder (for example to share the same toolbar with some accounts), you can define the toolbar folder in the TLB Settings->Options->Toolbars, then right-click the toolbar and select your toolbar folder in the Switch Toolbar submenu.
